Justin Bieber is not welcome in China.
Banned for “bad behavior” by the beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture as they deem it is necessary to “purify” the country.
There is no said length of time for the ban but however the bureau did indicate it was not permanent as long as Bieber improves his act.
The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture has banned the pop star from performing on its mainland because of his “bad behavior” both on and off stage.
When asked why Bieber was banned in the first place:
“His inappropriate manner has caused public discontent,” the statement continues. “In order to regulate the market order of show business in China and purify the market environment, it was decided that performers of inappropriate behavior will not be welcomed.”
The Canadian singer is not allowed to perform in mainland China as part of his Asia “Purpose” tour in September. Sorry Bieber fans not everyone feels the same way about him as you.
However, he is still expecting to serenade fans in Tokyo, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Singapore.
This is not the first time Bieber has found himself in trouble with Asia.
While touring the country in 2013, he offended the Chinese culture by being carried up to the great wall of China by Chinese bodyguards.
In 2014, he distressed the social media after posting a pic of himself visiting the controversial Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo.
He later removed the photo and issued an apology however, the Chinese remain outraged.
Stay out of trouble Justin.
